BGS Running Club will start Monday, August 15th!
We will run/walk from 3:30-4:15. This activity is for 3rd-6th graders, BUT younger students are welcome and encouraged to join us with an adult or older sibling! We also love to have community members join us!

Notice of Rock County Public Schools board of education meeting tonight. There are conflicting times in regards to the regular board meeting tonight. RCPS board meeting will be held at 7:00 PM in the Rock County High School library.
RCHS Foundation Scholarship Reminder
Rock County High School graduates are reminded to request your scholarship funds for the 2022-2023 school year. 2022 graduates need to submit enrollment verification of at least 12 hours. Graduates of 2019, 2020 and 2021 are required to submit enrollment verification along with a transcript showing cumulative GPA of at least 2.5%. Information can be emailed to Jan Foster at [email protected], mailed to Jan at PO Box 581 Bassett, NE 68714 or given to Brandi Hollenbeck at Rock County High School.

CHIP is health care coverage for qualified children who are without other health insurance and do not qualify for Medicaid. If you need a sheet, I posted a copy, you can also pick one up at the high school office before school starts, or both offices after the start of school.

Fall Sports Conditioning Schedule.
Reminder: 2nd B.E.E.P sessions begins July 11 - 14, 9:00-11:00 a.m.
Updated: This camp is for Junior High and High School students.
The NC football camp will be July 11th & July 12th (helmets only) and again July 18th & July 19th (shells-helmet/shoulder pads/leg pads). We will plan on going from 6:00pm-8:30pm in Springview. The high school and junior high coaches will be there as well as a few volunteers to provide instruction to the student-athletes. We will focus heavily on individual technique by position and install a large portion of our offense and defense. We certainly encourage participation for everyone able to attend. This will give them a head start this fall and be a fun learning experience for everyone involved. Please show up to RCHS by 5:00PM on the 11th and 5:15PM on all other days. Please contact Mrs. Fischer at [email protected] if your student is going to need transportation.
