Rock County Public Schools

There will be no school at Rock County Public Schools today, Thursday, January 19. No school today.

Due to poor road conditions and the amount of snow to clear, Rock County Public Schools will have a 10:00 am start. If your roads are impassable, do not send your kids and call the school. Again, Rock County Public Schools will have a 10:00 am start.

Due to the forecast and the Winter Storm Warning, Rock County Public Schools will not have school on Wednesday, January 18. Again, there will be no school for Rock County Public Schools on Wednesday, January 18.

The Facilities Workshop scheduled for Wednesday, January 18th at the Rock County High School Library has been postponed to a later date.

When we get to the loser bracket games of the A bracket those games WILL be moved to the JH Gym. A Player may only play in ONE Bracket. *PLEASE NOTE if we can run ahead we will so teams be ready to go. If the JH gym is through and we can move games from main gym we will also. Each team is guaranteed 2 games with some teams getting 3. *Awards: In the A bracket we will hand out medals to 1 st , 2 nd , and 3 rd place. In B bracket 1st and 2nd place medals only.

Rock County Speech Team traveled to Valentine today. Dawson Deibler placed 4th in Poetry and Kyra Anthony placed 1st in Persuasive.

BGS will hold a short assembly for 2nd Quarter and 1st Semester awards on January 11th at 8:30AM. It will be live-streamed on FaceBook Live.
