Thursday, all juniors and seniors will eat first lunch, board the bus for the college fair at noon, and return to school at approximately 2:00 pm.
Fifty students completed September's Reading Challenge at Bassett Grade School! Third through sixth grade students read almost 9,500 minutes! The top five minute readers were Abigail Rowan in first place with 1,591 minutes, second place was Lloyd Young with 750 minutes, third place was Traber Young with 733 minutes, fourth place was Brock Hollenbeck with 710 minutes and fifth place was Braxton Kroll with 690 minutes. Those five students will get to have a special pizza lunch. Students who completed the challenge received a glow in the dark slime ghost. October’s Reading challenge will be due Monday, November 3rd.
Working as a Team (and having fun doing it), Advisory Period Scavenger Hunt in the high school.

Fourth grade had a great time visiting the Rock County Museum today! They learned a lot about settling the prairie and the history of the area! Thank you to all the volunteers who made this possible!
Due to the home football game vs St. Mary's High School, Rock County Public Schools will dismiss at 12:00 PM on Friday, October 10. Lunch will be served prior to dismissal for all students.

The bus for Scrubs Camp in O'Neill tomorrow will depart at 8:00. The bus is expected to return between 3:15 and 3:30.
